Terms and Conditions

1. Appointment Scheduling:

1.1 All appointments for mobile massage therapy services with Healing Hands Massage LV, LLC can be made by calling us at 702.608.2666 or through our online booking system at www.healinghandslv.com.

2. Booking Confirmation:

2.1 A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email or message from Healing Hands Massage LV, LLC. 

2.2 The client must provide accurate and complete information when scheduling an appointment, including address details for the mobile service. Failure to do so will be considered as a no-show.

3. Payment in Full:

3.1 To secure a booking, clients are required to make a full payment of the specified amount. 

3.2 The payment will be applied towards the total cost of the service and is non-refundable.

4. Rescheduling:

4.1 Clients may reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time by calling us at 702.608.2666. A voicemail may be left with client’s name, appointment date and time, and desire to reschedule with a call back number or via our website at www.healinghandslv.com.

4.2 Rescheduling within the 24-hour period will be subject to a 50% fee of the total cost of services.

5. Cancellation Policy:

5.1 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a forfeiture of the full payment.

5.2 Clients may cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time by calling us at 702.608.2666. A voicemail may be left with client’s name, appointment date and time, and desire to cancel with a call back number. No other form of contact will be considered for cancellations. 

6. No-shows:

6.1 Failure to be present at the specified location at the scheduled time without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the full payment.

7. Refund Policy:

7.1 Payments will be refunded in the event that Healing Hands Massage LV, LLC cancels the appointment for any reason. 

7.2 Payments will be refunded for cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.  

8. Refund Processing Time:

8.1 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5 business days after the cancellation date.

9. Late Arrivals:

9.1 Clients are encouraged to be ready and available at the scheduled time. 

9.2 Late arrivals will not extend the duration of the scheduled appointment, and the full fee will still apply.

10. Changes or Cancellations by Healing Hands Massage LV, LLC:

10.1 Healing Hands Massage LV, LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. 10.2 In the event of a cancellation by Healing Hands Massage LV, LLC, the client will receive a full refund.

11. Health and Safety:

11.1 Clients must disclose any health concerns or conditions that may affect their ability to receive massage therapy at the time of booking. Failure to disclose health concerns or conditions will automatically indemnify Healing Hands Massage LV, LLC of any liability. 

11.2 Healing Hands Massage LV, LLC reserves the right to refuse service if the therapist determines it may be unsafe or unsuitable for the client.

11.3 Clients are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor during the massage session. Any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and the session will be terminated immediately.

12. Therapist Conduct:

12.1 Healing Hands Massage LV, LLC guarantees therapists are licensed, certified, and adhere to professional standards. 

12.2 Clients can terminate a session immediately if uncomfortable with the therapist's conduct and must submit a written statement to contactus@healinghandslv.com within 48 hours of occurrence to receive a full refund.

13. Payment:

13.1 The full service fee is required at the time of booking, payable in cash or through accepted digital methods.

14. Indemnification for Injuries or Allergic Reactions:

14.1 Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Healing Hands Massage LV, LLC, employees, or subsidiaries from any injuries, medical conditions, damages, or allergic reactions arising from the services or products used during the session.

15. Special Offers and Discounts:

15.1 Special offers and discounts may be presented at Healing Hands Massage LV, LLC's discretion. 15.2 These promotions cannot be combined, and eligibility must be specified at booking.

16. Communication:

16.1 Clients consent to receive communication from Healing Hands Massage LV, LLC for appointment confirmations and reminders. 

16.2 Healing Hands Massage LV, LLC is not responsible for issues resulting from the client's failure to receive or read communications.

17. Force Majeure:

17.1 Healing Hands Massage LV, LLC is not liable for failure or delay due to circumstances beyond its control.

18. Governing Law:

18.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the City of Las Vegas, Nevada.

19. Feedback and Complaints:

19.1 Healing Hands Massage LV, LLC values client feedback for service improvement. 

19.2 Complaints should be communicated within 48 hours of the session at contactus@healinghandslv.com, with efforts made to resolve the issue.

20. Age Requirement for Booking and Services:

20.1 Clients must be 18 years or older to schedule, book, and receive massage therapy services from Healing Hands Massage LV, LLC.

21. Consent:

21.1 By booking an appointment with Healing Hands Massage LV, LLC, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
